Registration for the conference is possible after creating an account in the conference system.
Before going to the system, please, check out the Conference Fee and Payment Regulations.
Note, that completing the registration process is conditioned by making a payment (PLN300). The payment can be made in PLN or in EUR.
The system allows the participants use a payment card or an electronic transfer and receive the invoices according to the needs.
If you need an invoice: before you go to the system, provide yourself with all details of the institution (as correct address details and tax identification number) that you will need the invoice for.
If you are a student up to Master’s degree and you would like to take advantage of the special price offer: before you go to the system, prepare the file with the scan of your ID card to be able to attach it while the process of registration.
Please, mind that the date of receipt of the Conference fee to the account of the Organiser shall be considered the date of payment.
The number of participants is limited to 150. The Organiser reserves the right to close the registration system when the participant number limit is reached by the persons who have registered and made the Conference fee payment. The Registration and Payment System is opened till August 25th, 2020 or till when the participant number limit is reached.
We kindly inform that it is not possible to pay in cash for participating in the Conference.
Type of presentation:
Regular talks and posters
Regular talk abstracts should be up to 300 words long, while poster abstracts up to 200 words long. Abstracts should contain a bibliography (not included in the word limit). We have a limited number of slots available for talks. Papers that will not be accepted for presentation might be considered for a poster session.
Proposals should be submitted via conference system in an anonymized pdf file (Times New Roman, 12pts, spacing of 1.5 lines), containing abstract and bibliography. Abstract should also be entered into the submission form.
Deadline for submitting sessions to the conference: March 25, 2020
Deadline for submitting abstracts: April 25, 2020
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed and the abstract book published by Journal of Eye Movement Research
